Poll Closed: How much did you pay for your Beowulf Ticket?

I just closed the recent poll "How much to you pay to see Beowulf?". Here are the results:

It is interesting to see of the 662 respondents it was fairly even right across the board for all ticket dollar amounts. So almost as many people paid $15 for a seat as did $7 to see Beowulf (see my review here). That tells me that the 3D seats at a premium certainly has boosted box office returns for Beowulf.

That is not really a surprise now is it? We knew that was going to happen. But what is a surprise is that 185 people that have at least a passing interest in 3D movies (or they wouldn't be on this blog!) still haven't seen Beowulf and may yet see it. Might explain why the movie still has some legs left - see the current box office take for Beowulf here.

Of course it is not all that scientific now is it? Just fun to see the results...
